Family Support
These can be challenging times for families and couples, often confined in isolation from everybody else. Here are some useful resources with ideas on where to get support, including what to do if you are worried about your own or someone else’s safety. If you have immediate safeguarding concerns about yourself or someone else, you should contact the Police on 999 or (if you are concerned about a child) the NSPCC on 0808 800 5000. If you are in danger and unable to talk on the phone, call 999 and then press 55. This will transfer your call to the relevant police force who will assist you without you having to speak. |
